Refunds, cancellations, shipping, local pickup, payments, resale merchandise, and the fine print — without making you hunt for it.

Placing an order does not guarantee that every item will remain available. Rack Attack Resale may cancel or adjust an order before fulfillment if an item is unavailable, inventory is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.
If Rack Attack Resale cancels an item or order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Because Rack Attack Resale sells resale, pre-owned, limited-quantity, and sometimes one-of-a-kind merchandise, all sales are final unless a refund, cancellation, or return is approved by Rack Attack Resale or is required by law.
Change of mind, fit, color preference, style preference, or normal wear that was disclosed in the listing does not automatically qualify an order for a return or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
When a refund is approved, Rack Attack Resale may issue:
Refunds are sent back through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. After Rack Attack Resale submits a refund, the time it takes to appear in the customer's account is controlled by the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution.
A refund does not automatically mean merchandise may be kept. If Rack Attack Resale requires an item to be returned, return instructions will be provided before or as part of the refund approval.
Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped or picked up. A cancellation request is not guaranteed if fulfillment has already begun.
If Rack Attack Resale approves the cancellation, the eligible amount will be refunded. Rack Attack Resale may also cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled and will refund amounts required by applicable law.
Shipping availability, cost, and any estimated fulfillment or delivery time shown at checkout are based on the information available when the order is placed. Delivery dates may be estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Rack Attack Resale will use a reasonable basis for any stated shipping timeframe. If an online order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, Rack Attack Resale will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law. If no shipping timeframe is stated, federal rules generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days.
Once a package is transferred to a carrier, carrier transit delays may be outside Rack Attack Resale's direct control. Customers should keep their order confirmation and tracking information. If tracking shows a problem, contact Rack Attack Resale so the issue can be reviewed.
When a refund is legally required because merchandise was not shipped, the refund will include the amounts required by law, which may include shipping and handling.
Orders designated as Local Pickup are not shipped. Pickup status may include Awaiting Pickup, Pickup Scheduled, Ready for Pickup, and Picked Up.
Customers should wait until the order is marked Ready for Pickup or a pickup time has been arranged before arriving. Rack Attack Resale may request order-confirmation information or reasonable identifying information before releasing an order.
Once an order has been released to the customer and marked Picked Up, it is treated as completed, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Merchandise may be new, gently used, pre-owned, resale, vintage, overstock, or otherwise described in the product listing. Rack Attack Resale makes reasonable efforts to describe visible condition, size, features, and known flaws accurately.
Pre-owned merchandise may show normal signs of prior ownership or wear. Product photos, colors, and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, photography, or device settings.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges are calculated or shown before checkout is completed.
Rack Attack Resale may correct an obvious pricing, inventory, or technical error before fulfillment. If an affected order has already been charged and is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong merchandise, or appears to be missing an item, contact Rack Attack Resale as soon as reasonably possible with the order information and, when useful, photos of the package or merchandise.
Rack Attack Resale will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement when available, an individual-item refund, shipping refund, full refund, or another lawful resolution.
Customers are encouraged to contact Rack Attack Resale first when there is a billing, delivery, cancellation, or refund issue so the matter can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in these terms limits a customer's lawful right to dispute a charge with their card issuer, bank, payment provider, or another authorized dispute process.
Rack Attack Resale may refuse, hold, or cancel a transaction when there is a reasonable concern involving fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive conduct, suspected resale fraud, or misuse of the website or payment process. If a canceled transaction was successfully charged, any amount required to be returned will be refunded.
Rack Attack Resale works to keep product information, inventory, pricing, images, and website functionality accurate. Temporary technical issues, typographical errors, inventory synchronization problems, or interrupted services may occur.
Rack Attack Resale may correct errors and update information, but completed transactions will be handled consistently with applicable consumer-protection law.
These policies may be updated from time to time. Changes generally apply prospectively. The version in effect when an order is placed will normally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Iowa, while preserving any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.
Iowa law does not generally create an automatic right to cancel every consumer purchase, although specific transactions may have statutory cancellation rights. Nothing on this page is intended to eliminate a right provided by applicable law.
