Start with the listing details, not just the photo
A strong resale listing should tell you the item name, price, condition, size and any known brand information. Read the full description when one is provided. If a detail matters to your purchase and it is not listed, use the store's support option before ordering rather than guessing.
Compare the listed size carefully
Sizing can vary by brand, age and style. A labeled medium from one brand may fit differently than a medium from another. Use the listed brand and size together when deciding whether an item is a good match, and pay extra attention to fitted pieces.

Use every available product photo
Photos help you evaluate color, shape, visible wear and overall condition. On Rack Attack product pages, you can open photos full-screen and move through the gallery. For gently used items, look closely at the areas that normally receive the most wear.
Understand condition language
Terms such as New, Like New, Good and Fair are useful shortcuts, but they should be read together with the product description and photos. Resale items are not all identical, so the individual listing matters more than a broad category label.
Compare the selling price with the retail value when available
Some Rack Attack listings include an original or typical retail value. When that information is available, the product page shows the difference between the listed retail value and the current Rack Attack price. That makes it easier to judge the value without assuming every resale item is automatically a bargain.

Unlike mass retail, a resale shop may have only one unit of a specific item. If a listing says there is one left, another shopper may buy it online or it may sell through the in-person side of the business. Saving an item to Favorites can help you find it again, but it does not reserve inventory.
Check how the item can be fulfilled
